Description

This comprehensive training consists of TWO 6-hour courses that fulfill the 12-hour IDFPR Pre-License Instructor Requirements. A Pre-License Instructor is eligible to teach all real estate education types.

Completion of the 12-hour training deems learners eligible to sit for the licensing exam administered by PSI. See more information about the exam in the PSI Handbook.

Course Requirements:
Illinois School of Real Estate 12-hour Illinois Comprehensive Instructor Training consists of TWO self-paced, online, 6-hour courses which include videos and quizzes to show participation and proficiency. All materials for this course are online. Learners must score 75%, or higher, on each quiz to complete the course. There is NO CE credit for broker and managing broker license renewal.
