15-Hour Broker Pre-License Applied Real Estate Principles – Interactive

Classes are Mondays & Wednesdays 6-9pm. No class March 16 & March 18, 2026.

This course, through case studies and demonstration examples of topics covered in the Broker’s Pre-License Topics, will provide the student the practical application skills needed to be successful in their career.  Topics include Brokerage Firm Issues, Agency, Contracts, Real Property Concepts, Antitrust, Fair Housing, Working with Buyers and Sellers, Earnest Money, negotiation and a math review.
