It is highly recommended students complete the Broker Pre-License Topics course prior to taking the 15-Hour Broker Pre-License Applied Real Estate Principles interactive course.

This course, through case studies and demonstration examples of topics covered in the Broker Pre-license Topics course, will provide the student the practical application skills needed to be successful in their career.  Topics include Brokerage Firm Issues, Agency, Contracts, Real Property Concepts, Antitrust, Fair Housing, Working with Buyers and Sellers, Earnest Money, negotiation and a math review.
