15-Hour Broker Post-License Applied Brokerage Principles

Class is 8:30am – 5:00pm

These courses are for licensed brokers in their FIRST renewal cycle.

You must have been issued your license prior to taking this course.

***Final exam details will be provided during class. All 45-hour post-license course exams will be done online through Illinois School of Real Estate.***

This course is one of three mandatory 15-hour post-license courses. Combined with the 15-hour Risk Management/Discipline & 15-hour Transactional Issues courses will satisfy the 45-hour post-license education requirements for license renewal.
