These courses are for licensed brokers in their FIRST renewal cycle. You must have been issued your license prior to taking the exam for this course.
This course combined with the 15-hour Risk Management/Discipline & 15-hour Transactional Issues courses will satisfy the 45-hour post-license education requirements for license renewal.
