15-Hour Broker Post-License Transactional Issues (1 of 3 new, mandatory 15-hour post-license courses)
Classes are Mondays & Wednesdays 6-9:00 p.m.

These courses are for licensed brokers in their FIRST renewal cycle.

You must have been issued your license prior to taking the exam for this course.

***Final exam details will be provided during class. All 45-hour post-license course exams will be done online through Illinois School of Real Estate.***

This course combined with the 15-hour Risk Management/Discipline & 15-hour Applied Brokerage Principles courses will satisfy the 45-hour post-license education requirements for license renewal.
