Classes are Tuesdays, 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. There is no class on April 14, 2026.

• Students are provided an Modern Real Estate Practice eBook. A textbook is available for purchase.
• All coursework is housed on ILSRE online learning platform. Supplemental materials may be provided by live class instructors.
• Participants must have access to and be able to work on their own on the online platform.
• You will need access to a computer or iPad with sound and a camera and be able to work in a quiet space.
• Students will complete 75 hours of required pre-license education VIRTUALLY; qualifying them to sit for the Illinois State & National real estate broker licensing exam.
