Course Description
With the current change in the appraiser process moving to appraisers using the UAD 3.6, we will re-examine our role in the appraisal process, what is the appraiser’s job and how this changes what they do, what we need to do and what happens if the property appraises low. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of how to support accurate valuations through detailed property data, timely communication and coordinated efforts during the listing, marketing and appraisal process.
