Course Description

The 12-Hour Broker Management Continuing Education (BMCE) course is a mandatory component of license renewal for those who hold a managing broker license in Illinois. Designed to provide comprehensive updates and practical tools, this course equips managing brokers with knowledge and strategies to assist in effectively supervising licensees, ensuring compliance, and maintaining successful brokerage operations. 

The updated curriculum reflects current legal and regulatory changes, market trends, and best practices in broker supervision and business management. This course is essential for both Sponsoring and Designated Managing Brokers seeking to lead with professionalism, accountability, and competence in today’s evolving real estate landscape.
