Course Description
Managing a brokerage today means managing risk. This updated Broker Management course examines the responsibilities of IL managing brokers through a practical risk-management framework-taking a practical look at the issues creating the greatest exposure for today’s brokerages, including agent supervision, antitrust and compensation, agency and negotiating, fair housing , cyber security, AI, advertising & company policy.
