Course Description:
Understanding and applying the REALTORS® Code of Ethics is not just about compliance- it’s about professionalism, protecting consumers and building trust. This course explores the most recent updates to the Code, as well as how those may play into your brokerage policies. Participants will explore real-world case studies, enforcement procedures and pathways to dispute resolution. Emphasis is placed on how ethical practice benefits clients and the industry while minimizing risk and legal exposure.  Managing Brokers will walk away with a deeper understanding of how the Code aligns with license law and how to use it as a tool for building a successful, trustworthy business.
