Course Description
HFR Certification Course. The survey says consumers highly value agents’ knowledge of the homebuying process. Having and in-depth knowledge of how today’s mortgage instruct operates adds to an agent’s value proposition and goes a long way in guiding clients from application to approval and to closing. Resources provided in the course include information to cerate a mortgage application checklist, alternative financing options and how to address low credit scores and appraisals.
