Course Description

This 3 Hour seminar will focus on the following tax issues.

1) The Impact of the Big Beautiful Bill Act of 2025 on the business of real estate, including

the extension of the lower tax rates, the 20% Qualified Business Income deductions, and

bonus depreciation

2) A review of the most significant business tax deduction that real estate agents can

utilize to reduce their tax liabilities

3) A review of Retirement Plan choices and marginal tax rate strategies.
