Description
This course fulfills the:
- 6-hour education requirement for any instructor who has not taught a course during the instructor renewal cycle (July 1 – June 30 of odd years)
OR - Six of the 12 hours of the IDFPR Pre-License Instructor Requirements to become a Pre-License Instructor
- A Pre-License Instructor is eligible to teach all real estate education types
If you wish to become a Pre-License Instructor to be eligible to teach all education types, you will need the 12-hour Illinois Comprehensive Instructor Training.
Course Requirements:
This self-paced, online, 6-hour course includes videos and quizzes to show participation and proficiency. All materials for this course are on the LMS. In this course, you will watch 13 videos and take 12 quizzes, one after each video. Learners must score 75%, or higher, on each quiz to complete the course. A webcam and microphone are NOT required for online courses.
