Description

Illinois School of Real Estate 60-hour Broker Pre-License Topics course is a mandatory component of Illinois broker pre-license education. This self-guided online course has reading, videos and quizzes to show student participation and proficiency. You must score at least 80% on a module review to advance to the next module. You will be able to retake all quizzes to achieve 80% or better, and until you are confident in your knowledge of the coursework.

The course will cover information on real estate math, concepts, brokerage, real property, contracts, the Illinois Real Estate License Act of 2000, financing, property management, appraisal, use controls for government and private land, fair housing, environmental issues, closing, and the updated TILA/RESPA information.

It is highly recommended that you are 100% complete with your 60-hour coursework prior to taking the 15-hour interactive course.
