Course Requirements:

This self-paced, online, 3-hour CE course uses a combination of reading, videos, and quizzes to show student participation and proficiency. All materials for this course are on the D2L portal. Consecutive course modules open as content is accessed and quizzes are completed, scoring 75%, or higher, on each to complete the course. Students can complete everything from their home or office with the unique features of the D2L system.

Course Contents:

Illinois School of Real Estate ETH 1535 will provide the real estate licensee with an understanding to apply the Code of Ethics in the practice of real estate brokerage. In addition, it provides a knowledge of the purpose, history, enforcement and it’s correlation to the Real Estate License Act of 2000. The 2019/2020 changes to the COE requirement and MLS changes are also discussed.

This course satisfies the NAR Ethics training requirement.
