Students can complete everything from their home or office with the unique features of the D2L system.

Course Contents:
Illinois School of Real Estate ETH 1535 will provide the real estate licensee with an understanding to apply the Code of Ethics in the practice of real estate brokerage. In addition, it provides a knowledge of the purpose, history, enforcement and it’s correlation to the Real Estate License Act of 2000. The 2019/2020 changes to the COE requirement and MLS changes are also discussed.
This course satisfies the NAR Ethics training requirement.
