Tuition reimbursement scholarships and grants are offered through the Illinois Real Estate Educational Foundation (REEF), a not-for-profit organization established to aid and promote real estate education throughout Illinois.

Pre-License Scholarships

The following tuition reimbursement scholarships and grants apply to pre-license education. Application materials for pre-license course tuition reimbursement scholarships must be submitted prior to enrollment.

George Patt Scholarship Fund

Eligibility: Illinois residents (and spouses) who are U.S. veterans or active service members pursuing real estate studies, a real estate degree, or coursework to enhance professional skills.

Illinois Diversity Real Estate Scholarship Program

Eligibility: Illinois residents who are “Qualified Racial Residents” pursuing real estate studies or coursework to enhance professional skills.

Illinois Education and Training Grant

Eligibility: Illinois candidates working toward a real estate degree or license, to be applied toward Illinois REALTORS® online or classroom courses.
