Course Description
Managing a brokerage today means managing risk. This updated Broker Management course examines the responsibilities of Illinois managing brokers through a practical risk-management framework – taking a practical look at the issues creating the greatest exposure for today’s brokerages, including agent supervision, antitrust and compensation, agency and negotiating, fair housing, cybersecurity, AI, advertising and company policy. Participants will explore practical strategies for strengthening policies, improving supervision, protecting consumers, and reducing brokerage exposure
