Course Description
Real estate licensees are often involved in difficult real estate transactions and should know and understand those issues and processes. This course will provide information on common and uncommon issues and processes that arise in transactions that require additional understanding and work from not only the real estate broker, but also from title companies, attorneys and lenders. Topics covered in this course include closing procedures, title insurance, foreclosures and other issues and processes in closing a difficult real estate transaction.
